The Men’s Champion was a newcomer to the WPA disciplines Danyal Porter (SA) who defeated Justin Sajich (NSW) in the final with some great play. APPA look forward to seeing this young man competing on a more regular basis as there is some raw talent there.
Ms. Bean Hung (left) residing in QLD originally from Taiwan, was the Women’s Open 8 Ball Champion defeating a worthy opponent Ms. Kenny Chandra (right) from Indonesia residing in NSW in a great final between these top women’s players. Bean is in ranked in the Top 50 of the WPA rankings with only one international event since 2019. Bean has been confirmed for the Predator Canada Women’s Open, we will all be cheering for you Bean.
